This book is by far one of the BEST book on lucid dreaming ever written! My opinion of course, but I'm sure that if you check with those who read books on lucid dreaming, you'd get the majority to agree with me. Clare R. Johnson, the author, covers it all in this book. If there was just one book you could have in regards to lucid dreaming, this one is it! (Yes, it's really that good!) There are only a couple other books that rank as high as this one, and I'll be posting about them soon enough.
