I may have posted about this before, but since I highly respect and absolutely love Robert Waggoner's way of thinking in regards to lucid dreaming, I'm going to post about him again. Here is a link to the World of Lucid Dreaming's page and Robert's schedule for his Internet talks.

This week a new article by Ryan Hurd and colleagues was published in the International Journal of Dream Research. In this article, they lay out a proposed method of online dreamwork for clinicians.
This article closes a gap in the literature, showcasing the safety and effectiveness for asynchronous online dreamwork. That’s a mouthful – the term means dream sharing over secure forums, email or patient portals rather than face-to-face (synchronous) dream sharing.

Yet another gem from master lucid dream teacher Clare R. Johnson. This book is marvelous and highly recommended. Not as complete as her 'complete' book of lucid dreaming, which is listed here as well, but much better than the majority of books on lucid dreaming that are published. Clare is a marvelous author and I really enjoy her writing style. Here's a link to purchase her book: The Art of Lucid Dreaming by Clare R. Johnson. Get it now! :-)

Here is an article stating that studies have shown that people who have had NDE's, or near death experiences, are more likely to have lucid dreams that continue on the same, or similar, stream of consciousness, or awareness, that the NDE brought forth. (If that makes any sense!) Here's a link to the article so you can read it for yourself: Scientists Studied the Dreams of People Who Nearly Died. What They Found Is Incredible.

This is a very good book by Daniel Love: Are You Dreaming? Exploring Lucid Dreams - A Comprehensive Guide. Very thorough. I haven't finished the book; about three fourths the way complete, yet I'm very impressed so far. Daniel covers just about everything you can imagine in regards to lucid dreaming and even puts his own spin on ideas and lucidity. Highly recommended!

Now here's a book you don't see every day: Lucid Immersion Guidebook: A Holistic Blueprint for Lucid Dreaming by Ryan Hurd. This book is different than any book I've every read in regards to lucid dreaming. It's also really tough for me to sum up. Allow me to steal a few words from Ryan's book to perhaps explain it.
From the Introduction: "It came to me in a flash: the secret to lucid dreaming is not about finding the miracle technique, it's about saturation: a short period of time marked by waking practices that together encourage lucidity by addressing the entire mind-body ecology. This is how Lucid Immersion was born. Just like the best way to learn a new language, lucidity comes more quickly when you are immersed in the conditions that push you past your comfort zone and that everyday haze of habit and expectation."
Ryan shares his own personal travels and experiences in Nicaragua, investigating pre-Columbian rock art. Recording the delicate and endangered art on the volcanic island of Ometepe. Fascinating book and experiences Ryan shares. Again, this is unlike any other book on lucid dreaming (or anything else!) that I've ever read. It's most certainly worth the read! Enjoy!
Here is one of the best books ever on lucid dreaming: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold. It's a classic! This book shares the #1 spot in best books, ever, in regards to lucid dreaming. (The other book at the #1 spot is Llewellyn's Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming, in the previous post.) I don't know what else to say about it. This book covers everything!
This book is by far one of the BEST book on lucid dreaming ever written! My opinion of course, but I'm sure that if you check with those who read books on lucid dreaming, you'd get the majority to agree with me. Clare R. Johnson, the author, covers it all in this book. If there was just one book you could have in regards to lucid dreaming, this one is it! (Yes, it's really that good!) There are only a couple other books that rank as high as this one, and I'll be posting about them soon enough. If you want to order this book, click on over to Clare's site, here: Llewellyn's Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming. (I do apologize to Clare for misspelling her name on the initial post! Shows how much I know! :)
This is a most excellent book! Lucid Dreaming - The Path of Non-Dual Dream Yoga, Realizing Enlightenment Through Lucid Dreaming has an eastern flavor, yet doesn't get bogged down with a bunch of goo-roo speak, super-long eastern cryptic words (not even the Hindu's understand the words, and it's their language) and phrases that no-one understands, as well as no mindless babble. This book is highly recommended, especially if 'enlightenment' interests you.
