This is a most excellent book! Lucid Dreaming - The Path of Non-Dual Dream Yoga, Realizing Enlightenment Through Lucid Dreaming has an eastern flavor, yet doesn't get bogged down with a bunch of goo-roo speak, super-long eastern cryptic words (not even the Hindu's understand the words, and it's their language) and phrases that no-one understands, as well as no mindless babble. This book is highly recommended, especially if 'enlightenment' interests you.
