This week a new article by Ryan Hurd and colleagues was published in the International Journal of Dream Research. In this article, they lay out a proposed method of online dreamwork for clinicians.
This article closes a gap in the literature, showcasing the safety and effectiveness for asynchronous online dreamwork. That’s a mouthful – the term means dream sharing over secure forums, email or patient portals rather than face-to-face (synchronous) dream sharing.

Yet another gem from master lucid dream teacher Clare R. Johnson. This book is marvelous and highly recommended. Not as complete as her 'complete' book of lucid dreaming, which is listed here as well, but much better than the majority of books on lucid dreaming that are published. Here is an article stating that studies have shown that people who have had NDE's, or near death experiences, are more likely to have lucid dreams that continue on the same, or similar, stream of consciousness, or awareness, that the NDE brought forth.
