Wisefool Press - Jed McKenna

Just as 'waking up' in a dream is labeled lucid dreaming, 'waking up' in daily life is often labeled spiritual enlightenment. So, here is a favorite author and website if you are interested in truth realization, non-dual awareness and spiritual enlightenment. Warning: The author, Jed McKenna, can be a bit direct and harsh in his books. He's not into love and light, etc. He's in to 'waking up,' not getting a PH.D. in trying to wake up.  Here is his webpage: Wisefool Press.

Robert Waggoner's Lucid Life and Dreams

Here's a great page for up-to-date information and seminars by one of the leading experts in the field of lucid dreaming, Robert Waggoner. It's presented on the World of Lucid Dreaming page, which I think I have listed on this blog...somewhere! If not, it will soon be listed, as WOLD is a great site! Here is the link that's mention above: Robert Waggoner's Lucid Life and Dreams.

Enjoy!

The Dream Portal

Here is a great site if you are looking to connect with fellow lucid dreamers! Entitled The Dream Portal created by master lucid dreamer Ryan Hurd. There seems to be a ton of material in regards to lucid dreaming on this site. Only thing I don't care for is the price. IMHO, communities like this should be free. There are a ton of free pages and groups on social media such as Facebook which are free. Why not this one? Sure, you may have more 'in-depth information' or whatever on a paid site, but one could easily put this in a lucid dreaming Facebook group. Again, just my opinion. And don't allow my opinion in regards to $$ draw you away from this site. It's a dandy!

How to Lucid Dream: My Top Ten Techniques

Here's a short little freebie from Andrew Holecek entitled, How to Lucid Dream: My Top Ten Techniques. It's a good little primer for lucid dreaming, although it's still a bit...err...'Eastern' or Buddhist-y for me. I'm not big into postures and poses unless I'm performing Yoga or some other bodily movement, but hey, that's just me. This little e-book does have some good stuff. Perform a quick Internet search on the title or the author's name, mentioned above, and you should be able to find it. You may have to subscribe to his emails or newsletter or something, to get the e-book, but it's worth it. You can always quickly un-subscribe.

The Art of Dreaming - The Pursuit of Conscious Dream Control

The Art of Dreaming - The Pursuit of Conscious Dream Control by Rebecca Turner - What a marvelous little book! (Or digital edition, which I have.) It's only 122 pages long and seems to me to cover all the basics needed for lucid dreaming. There are two items she mentions that are missing. First, she often mentions a Guided Meditation, which I cannot find, and second, she also mentions a Lucid Dreaming Hypnosis MP3 which is not included either. I searched the web for both, yet cannot find either. Oh well. There are many guided meditations and lucid dreaming hypnosis materials out there. But all in all, great work! Highly recommended.

I was going to post a link to her e-book, but can't really find an official link. So, just Google the title of the book mentioned above, and voila! Read away...

A Visionary Guide To Lucid Dreaming

Several years ago Lee Adams, the author of A Visionary Guide to Lucid Dreaming, sent me a physical copy of his book. (He wanted my feedback at the time and critique of his book, as I was the owner and operator of a large 'lucid dreaming group' on Facebook.) I found his book marvelous, although I didn't find anything new (to me) or earth shattering. Now, as I post a link to this book several years later, I'll need to re-read it, or at least read the highlights and see what I think.

Visit the link below to purchase his book or find it on-line, elsewhere.
